Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management tool, which will give you absolute command over your email accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this easy-to-use GUI, you can set up a new email box in no time and administer its settings easily. Also, you can forward mail messages from one email box account to another, finetune e-mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and guard your e-mailboxes against junk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your e-mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwanted electronic mails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a specific mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for sorting your incoming mail messages based on certain rules specified by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can easily create a filter for any of your email box accounts and select the mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming electronic mails from one email mailbox to another, or even to several other e-mail accounts. Simply select the mail account you wish to redirect email messages from, then choose the destination mailbox and select if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily set up the electronic mail client of your liking to access your email boxes. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail account you wish to set up on your personal computer or handheld device and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mailbox account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple mailbox accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager interface will also enable you to easily create an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to read and our system will handle the rest. And if you want to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
